Join me at The Movement Lab for my last practice of 2019! We will spend some time letting go of what no longer serves us and setting our intetions for the new year ahead. This is the perfect opportunity to clear the path to step into the year the best version of yourself. This ain't your typical "new year, new me" type of practice, nawl. We are going actively let some sh*t go, and celebrate all that we are becoming! You need bring nothing but yourself and your mat. (Although a lightweight blanket is recommended for meditation.) After we set our intentions, we will celebrate with light bites and goodies. This is meant to be an intimate event so space is limited and pre-registration is required.
