This year 2020 presented unique challenges and opportunities. We will spend some time letting go of what no longer serves us and setting our intetions for the new year ahead. This is the perfect opportunity to clear the path to step into the year the best version of yourself. We are going actively let some sh*t go, and celebrate all that we are becoming! You need nothing but yourself,your mat and a lightweight blanket is recommended for meditation. This is meant to be an intimate event so space is limited 10 folks and pre-registration is required. Registration closes December 20th at midnight in order to allow those who are participating time to prepare. This event is donation based.
