Sauteed Apple and Date Oatmeal

Y’all. This was SO. GOOD. Lemme tell you how this all came together, lol.

I was working from home and it was one of the days recently where it was like 40 degrees outside. I needed something that was going to warm me up from the inside out but that was also nourishing and relatively good for me. I always have these fives things at my disposal like…at all times lol rolled oats

2. Maple Syrup

3. Vegan Butter (you heard me.)

4. Plant based milk

5. Dates

Couple all that with the fact that Honey Crisps are in season and BOOM, the best damn oatmeal you will ever put in your face. This recipe makes two-three servings. The good news is it reheats well. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
